Online Return Policy
Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work out, we’re here to help! If you have any questions please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to validate your return.
- Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Any items sent back worn with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, smoke & or perfume smell will not be accepted.
- Return shipping is non-refundable, unless you receive damaged, defective or wrong item(s).
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s)
- Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact us immediately at (310) 788-9091 so that we can send you a replacement item and include a return shipping label for your damaged, defective or wrong item(s).
- We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item or online credit.
Please allow 7 business days after the receipt of any returned item for your return to be processed and your account credited.
